Details: Due to unforeseen circumstances, Stormy's owner can no longer afford to take care of him. Stormy loves head rubs and melts into the floor when you pet him. He's very relaxed and laid back when comfortable and he is overall a very sweet and kind boy. He can be skittish with new people and hates being picked up. He will trash around and try to jump out of your arms when you try to pick him up.
