Details: Sprinkles is a large Chinchilla breed rabbit. She is no longer safe in her home due to an aggressive dog. Her family was unable to keep her safe from their dog. They did their best to keep the dog and Sprinkles separated but they also had two young children. The family suffered a tragic accident with Sprinkles's sister when their dog attacked her. Sadly, Sprinkles's sister did not survive. We do understand that tragic accidents happen. It will be very important that Sprinkles goes to home with no prey-driven animals.
Sprinkles is described as very sweet and friendly with children but she does not like to be picked up. She is scared of dogs. She has been very frightened since her sister died. She should go to a home without dogs.
Birdy craves pets and love from humans. He is cautious around new people and environments but it doesn’t take him long to warm up then it’s all chins and kisses. Sadly, Birdy suffered a broken leg when he was picked up by visitors who were asked not to pick up any bunnies. His leg is now fully heeled but he will be prone to developing arthritis in that leg. Birdy has excellent litter habits. He will also need to remain on Sherwood joint supplements twice a day for life.
Together, Birdy and Sprinkles are a match made in bunny heaven. When they met, they immediately bonded to each other and have been inseparable ever since.
