The Bunny Project

We are embarking on a project that will allow us to not only save thousands of domestic rabbits, but to also bring joy, love, comfort & healing to countless members of our communities.

We are excited to announce that Romeo Rabbit Rescue has officially closed on 10.5 acres in Armada, Michigan. After 3.75 years of sheer hard work, we have finally secured a permanent location for our rescue center. We are working with our local administrator to obtain the correct permits and once received we will begin renovating the existing 1000 sq ft pole barn  along with a 880 sq ft building. Additionally we will be constructing a beautiful new large facility from the ground up to perfectly cater to the needs of our rabbits as well as our community! This is what we've been waiting for and we are determined to make it happen!

Corporate & private sponsors needed

Materials – We are looking for building supplies and landscaping companies to donate some or all of the materials needed to build our adoption center & sanctuary, bunny bonding center, bunny boarding house, and more.

Services – We are looking for plumbers, electricians, landscapers, construction companies, and cabin movers to donate their services to aid us in building the future of Romec Rabbit Rescue so we can better serve the rabbits and humans in our communities.

Funds – We are looking for corporate and private sponsors to make charitable contributions to our project, which would enable us to achieve our mission.
